Bastion Health HMO, a prominent health insurance provider in Nigeria, proudly served as a sponsor for the 2023 Health Federation Conference (HFN). The conference, themed “Building the Healthcare of Our Future,” took place on the 3rd and 4th of February 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria.
The 2023 HFN Annual Conference was organized in response to the numerous challenges plaguing Nigeria’s healthcare ecosystem, such as gaps in fiscal policy implementation, unpredictability in monetary policy tightening, depletion of human resources across the healthcare value chain, and inadequate healthcare funding.
Held at the prestigious Harbour Point event centre, the conference was anticipated to be the largest gathering for healthcare industry professionals, attracting over 3000 participants from across the country. It featured a diverse range of educational sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
