Ifueko is a chartered accountant, chartered tax practitioner and management consultant. She served as the first Female Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria from May 2004 to April 2012, during which period she championed comprehensive tax reforms that led to the development of a national tax policy for the 1st time and the modification of nine principal tax legislations, of which five were passed into law. She also initiated a comprehensive overhaul of all tax statutes and development of supportive regulations; tax reforms and the modernisation of the Nigerian tax administration system.
She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Compliance Professionals Plc, Nigeria and serves on the boards of several public and private companies.
She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Mr. Adeosun is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Kuramo Capital Management, an SEC registered investment management firm with offices in New York City, Lagos, Nigeria and Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to this, he had served on the Boards of several portfolio companies, and he was the former Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the $200 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund. In 2014, he was appointed to serve on President Obama’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA).
He completed his BA in Economics and Business Administration at Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and received his MBA in Finance from John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995 and he is a member of the CFA Institute and was inducted into the New York Chapter of the National Association of Security Professionals Wall Street Hall of Fame in 2008.
Jide is an experienced financial services professional focused on Sub-Saharan Africa with special expertise in Private Equity, Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking. He was a foundation staff of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc having joined the Bank from inception in 1990 and served for twenty (21) years in various departments including the Investment Banking Group. He became an Executive Director and Head, Retail Banking Division in 2002, until October 2011 when he left the Bank. He also served on the Board of GTBank Sierra Leone for a period of 8 years, initially as a Non-Executive Director and later as Chairman of the Board.
He is currently the founder and Managing Director of MBO Capital Management Limited, a private equity firm.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School and a first degree in Law from School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987.
Mr. Hakim Khelifa is a seasoned professional with over twenty (20) years’ experience in private equity including sourcing, negotiating, structuring and executing private equity transactions in Northern and Sub-Saharan Africa. He joined AfricInvest in 1999 and is a Senior Partner at Africinvest, Mauritius. Prior to this, he was a Senior Analyst at the auditing firm Mazars & Guerard in Paris, France.
He is a graduate of the engineering school, École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, France.
Eme Essien Lore has over twenty (20) years of global experience in designing and implementing private sector financing solutions to various sectors including healthcare. She first joined IFC in Washington in 1999 where she worked in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals Department, and in several departments thereafter. She joined the Rockefeller Foundation April, 2011, and served as the Senior Associate Director until she left to go back to IFC in October 2014, where she served as the Country Manager, African Department until April 2021, during which period she grew IFC’s portfolio in Nigeria to over $1.5 billion in the Healthcare,
Ms Lore holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Economics from the Columbia College at Columbia University in 1991 and a Master Arts (MA) Degree in International Economics and African Studies from the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Femi Ogunjimi is one of the founding partners of CardinalStone and the Managing Partner of the private equity affiliate company, Cardinalstone Capital Advisers Limited. He previously served as Vice President, Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, New York. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Tosin built one of Nigeria’s largest non-bank financial services groups (previously known as Guaranty Trust Assurance) operating in Health Insurance, P&C, Life and Asset Management. He has also successfully led the transition of the Company between three different set of owners including AXA.
Prior to his spell with GTAssur/AXA, he was Treasurer of Guaranty Trust Bank and played a part in the teams that pioneered several initiatives within the money and foreign exchange markets in Nigeria. He was also the bank’s Head of Energy Group for a couple of years. Tosin started his banking career with the erstwhile Credit Lyonnais Bank Nigeria in 1992.
Dapo has rich and diverse experience in financial services, with his most recent role being Chief Investment Officer at Tangerine Financial Limited.
Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer at Tangerine Pensions (previously known as AXA Mansard Pensions) Limited. At AXA Mansard Pensions, Dapo led the business to consistently deliver well above industry growth and established it as a well-respected brand in its industry. In addition, he served as Head, Technical Committee, Pension Fund Operators’ Association of Nigeria (PenOp), leading, and contributing to, various transformational initiatives in the Pension Industry.
He previously served as Executive Director (Technical), ARM Pension Managers Limited, among various other roles within ARM Group. Other organizations he has served include Howarth Dafinone (Chartered Accountants), Agusto & Co. Limited, Citibank Nigeria Limited and Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.
Dapo holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K.
Denike has over 20 years’ post-call experience in ICT and Financial Services including Banking and Insurance, out of which 15 was spent in the Legal Group of Guaranty Trust Bank plc specializing in Company Secretariat & Corporate Governance, Commercial Law, Corporate Finance/restructuring, litigation as well as Investor Relations and Administration.
She graduated from the University of Jos, Jos and attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Laws from the University of London, UK.
She is an Associate and Committee Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Tiyeyosi has had a very interesting journey in her career. Starting her journey with Access Bank Plc as an Entry-level staff, she grew within the space to become a high-ranking Manager with Access Bank PLC. In her over 12 years of career with Access Bank, she was Head, of Learning and Development, Human Resources Business Partner, Head of Employee Engagement, Team Lead, Recruitment, Team Lead, Human Resources Outsourcing, Head, Customer Care, Team Lead, Customer Experience. Subomi is a finance professional versed in investment management, strategy formulation, execution and business transformation. He has over 6 years’ experience o/w 4 years at AfyA Care having joined the organization at near startup.
Subomi is responsible for the execution of AfyA Care’s Africa-focused strategic growth and expansion. His core functions include mergers and acquisitions (M&As), fundraising, investor relations, strategic planning and business transformation.
He is a CFA Charterholder. He also holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Adekunle is an internal control, audit, compliance, and risk enthusiast with over 15 years’ experience in the financial sector. He started his career in banking with the erstwhile Diamond Bank Plc in 2007 before joining First Bank of Nigeria Limited in 2018. He led several teams in providing assurances and process improvement initiative through control activities to branch banking operations, electronic business operations, head office strategic resources and information systems.
He is a certified information systems auditor who is equally certified in risk and information systems control. Adekunle had his first degree in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Lagos and MBA (Accounting and Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Tolu is a dynamic and result-oriented member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in the financial sector. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Starting her journey in Wema Bank Plc, she grew within the space to become the Branch Service Manager at the Regional office. She supported in the transformation journey of the Bank, led several teams in managing key portfolios in the Bank and provided overall leadership and direction for all activities within the branch.

Dr. Funsho Oladipo is one of the uniquely talented figures amongst his contemporaries. His dedication to work and study won him several awards and scholarships as he always graduated top of his class right from the elementary school.
He had his A levels in Federal Government College, Warri (1971 – 1973) and thereafter got admission into the University of Ibadan, Faculty of Medicine in 1973. He was a University scholar. He worked as a medical officer in First Shadrack Hospital, Ilupeju. He founded R-Jolad Hospital in 1982.
Naomi’s experience in the corporate sector over 20 years has seen her hold key leadership positions across various portfolios in Guaranty Trust Bank from corporate banking to commercial banking with areas of core competence including strategy formulation, business development, credit structuring & analysis.
After a brief stint in Access bank she went on to head the business development team of AXA Mansard Pensions a then subsidiary of AXA Mansard Insurance, bringing a depth of experience to grow market share of the business. Her effective leadership style and experience has enabled her to cut across various areas within the financial sector. She is currently the Managing Director of Bastion Health Limited one of the fastest growing Health Insurance companies in Nigeria, positioned to provide affordable and accessible healthcare across the country.
Naomi Aduku holds a B.ScBusiness Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She has attended several courses including the healthcare management program from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is an alumnus of the Warwick Business School and the Lagos Business School

As Head of Global Delivery Network at ConsenSys, a global blockchain technology company, he led the successful delivery of the world’s first blockchain based commodity trade finance platform involving ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, Citi, Crédit Agricole, ING, Macquarie, MUFG Bank, Natixis, Rabobank, Societe Generale, Shell and SGS.
He founded / co-founder two businesses, one of which was an award winning IBM Premier IT services company. He started his career at GTBank. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, an EMBA from the Lagos Business School and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from IESE.
Dr. Abiola Fasina, MD, MSHP, DTM&H, FMCEM is an emergency critical physician and a health policy consultant based in Lagos, Nigeria. Dr. Fasina completed her training in emergency medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
After several years of practice, she then completed a two-year fellowship in emergency point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) and a Masters in Health Policy Research (MSHP) at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fasina is actively involved in emergency medicine care development and POCUS education in Nigeria and practices clinical emergency and critical care medicine. She is an active board member and fellow of the Faculty of Emergency Medicine at the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, inaugurated in 2019.
Her work has focused on capacity building of emergency health systems in low and middle-income African countries around POCUS and medical technology. She has worked in Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zanzibar and has extensive international experience.
Dr. Fasina is the Medical Director at R-Jolad Hospital, Lagos Nigeria. She is in charge of clinical quality and service delivery for hospitals within the R-Jolad ecosystem. She is also the medical director and CEO of Emergency Healthcare Consultants (EHCON), a healthcare consulting company focused on capacity building and training in emergency medicine and critical care.
